AWARDS FOR BEST ORIGINAL RESEARCH IN PEDIATRICS IN INDIA 2006
The Indian Journal of Pediatrics announces Three awards for the year
2005 for original research work by post graduate students. The awards will be for the best
M.D. Thesis the researchers submitted to their Institute/University.
The selected awardees will be presented with a citation and
Rs 10,000, Rs 5,000 and Rs 3,000 for first, second and third positions
respectively for their outstanding contribution.
Send the objective, materials, methods, summary and conclusion of the
thesis for award consideration by Oct 31,2006 along with the
certificate by the Head of the Department that the work
is of the candidate and that the thesis has been accepted by the
Institute/University.
IJP TRAVEL GRANTS FOR MEDICAL CONFERENCE PARTICIPATION 2006
(Benefit for Subscribers)
- Six grants are available. Only PG students
are eligible to apply.
- Grant will cover journey to and fro,
registration fee and limited local expenses. Total expenditure not
to exceed Rs. 6000 per candidate.
- Applicants should submit a copy of the
research paper to be presented at the conference along with the
letter of acceptance by the conference organizers.
- The application should be forwarded through
the Head of the Department along with a letter certifying that the
applicant is not being supported by any other source.
- Applicant should be a subscriber to the
journal.
Applicant should explain in 200 words why he/she should be
considered for the grant.
